We are now looking for a senior and self-driven Data Analyst for a comprehensive transformation assignment. Here you will have the opportunity to make a real difference, both in a large HR transformation project and in the development of CSRD reporting and sustainability data. 🌱📈

💼 Assignment Overview

You will enter a strategic transformation project focusing on:

  • Phasing out local HR systems

  • Aligning with a global HR strategy

  • Establishing new ways of working for data, reporting, and analysis

At the same time, you will have a prioritized responsibility for CSRD and sustainability reporting, where your experience with sustainability data will truly shine. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational execution – perfect for you who enjoy both setting direction and making things happen. 💡

🎯Your Responsibilities📊Data Lead in the Transformation Project
  • Lead and coordinate the data and reporting track

  • Identify, prioritize, and drive data and analysis initiatives

  • Develop implementation plans (time, resources, risks, dependencies)

  • Ensure accurate HR data during the transition from legacy systems

  • Be a clear bridge between IT, architects, business, and external parties

🌍CSRD & Sustainability Reporting
  • Further develop and improve CSRD reporting from a data perspective

  • Ensure data quality, traceability, and structure

  • Support the business in interpreting CSRD requirements and translating them into concrete solutions

🤝Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with HR, People & Culture, IT, and other functions

  • Communicate complex data issues clearly and pedagogically

  • Create trust and momentum in an environment with many stakeholders

🧠We are looking for someone who has
  • Solid experience as a Senior Data Analyst / Lead Data Analyst

  • Documented experience leading data or analysis work in larger projects or transformations

  • Practical experience with CSRD reporting and sustainability data

  • Experience from large and complex organizations

  • Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

⭐Desirable
  • Experience with HR data, People Analytics, or related fields

  • Knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Snowflake)

  • Previous assignments as a sub-project manager or similar

  • Language: Swedish & English (fluent)

  • Scope: 100 %

  • Start: Immediately Jan/Feb 2026

  • Assignment Length: Until July 30, 2026

  • Location: Southern Stockholm approx. 2 days/week on-site
